Engineering Design Capabilities

iNetic offers comprehensive product development from concept to manufacture, tailored for the stringent demands of the oil and gas industry. Our advanced design and manufacturing capabilities ensure robust performance in high-pressure and high-temperature environments.

We employ a sophisticated simulation framework with Multi-Objective and Multi-Physics Design Optimization, featuring a fully parametric motor design template for precise customization. Finite Element EMAG Simulation is used to ensure optimal electromagnetic performance, focusing on loss reduction and driving cycle optimization.

Machining Capabilities

The increasing demand for product electrification across all industries necessitates faster product development turnaround times. To meet this demand, iNetic has made significant investments in advanced prototyping facilities, ensuring precise control and reliable early-stage development of key e-machine components and tooling.

Our workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including automatic grinding, honing, CNC milling, CNC turning, and multi-axis CNC capabilities.

Manufacturing and Production Capabilities

Our skilled technical team is proficient in stacking, winding, inserting, connecting, and terminating a wide range of stators. We accommodate both build-to-print and design-for-manufacture projects, covering stators, rotors, and complete motor assemblies.

iNetic’s internal processes include vacuum impregnation, potting, composite rotor banding, controlled curing procedures, and final balancing.

Series Production Capabilities

For high-volume manufacturing or where stringent controls are essential, iNetic has developed individual manufacturing flow lines and dedicated production cells to ensure continuous product flow. These cells are equipped with reserved resources specific to each product range, providing specialized attention and ensuring high quality.

Each production cell manages the complete assembly process, including post-processing, inspection, testing, and packaging. This approach guarantees autonomy and control, resulting in efficient and reliable production outcomes.

Verification & Testing Capabilities

iNetic ensures the quality of engineering development prototypes and final products through rigorous mechanical and electrical inspection systems. All test and inspection equipment is calibrated and maintained according to AS9100 standards.

Snapshot of Testing Capabilities:
